‟We are pleased to have the opportunity at have Michaela join the Bronco family", said Head Coach Avery Harrison, ‟I was fortunate to have been able to coach her before with the Lightning, and a year away from the game has actually made her a better player. She has shown some valueable leadership early on with the team and we feel that she is only going to improve with time, and the added responsibilities we have asked her to take on. ˮShe is a veteran on a young team for the most part, and with her athleticism and experienceshe will be expected to show the way for the many young members of the Broncos squad. ‟I think stepping away from school and basketball for a year has made her return with a hunger to succeed, and she has matured in the last year. We are confident she is ready for her role on this team,ˮ concluded Harrison. That being said, be prepared to see Allen-Guillion stepping up her game in the 2017-18 season.
